Pigs In A Blanket Recipe

The holidays are just around the corner! Surely you’ve got a lot on your mind and just as much to prepare. In addition to the delicious holiday sides recipes, now we’re adding one more easy recipe that will satisfy any lonely tastebuds during the holiday get-together. Your guests will be popping them into their mouths throughout the night, so make plenty!

While they are delicious on their own, you can serve them with a good classic mustard and ketchup on the side. You can’t go wrong with that!

Pigs in a Blanket

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8-oz.) tube crescent rolls
  • 1 12-oz. pkg. mini cocktail weiners
  • 4 tbsp. melted butter
  • Coarse salt, for sprinkling
  • Ketchup, for dipping
  • Mustard, for dipping

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF
  2. On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent sheets and separate where perforated. Cut each triangle into 3 smaller triangles.
  3. Place one cocktail weiner on the thick side of each triangle then gently roll to the thinner side.
  4. Transfer to a medium sized baking sheet, and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle them with coarse salt.
  5. Bake until golden, about 12 to 15 minutes.
  6. Serve with ketchup and mustard on the side.

If you need more for your party, just double the amount of ingredients. Enjoy!
