- ¾ cup finely ground graham cracker crumbs
- 2 ½ tbsp. white sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- ½ package of cream cheese, softened
- ½ can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ can of cherry pie filling
This jar idea will take a bit more time than the others, but the final result is worth the wait! The above ingredients will yield 6 small jars of cheesecake.
First, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and white sugar in a small bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of your small glass jars and let it sit in the fridge for an hour. Next, beat the cream cheese until it is fluffy. Add the sweetened condensed milk in slowly, beating until combined. Stir in the lemon juice and vanilla extract. Once all of your ingredients have been added, pour your mixture over the chilled crust. Place the jars in the fridge for three hours. When you are ready to serve the jars, top with cherry pie filling.
