Seven Layer Dip
Seven layer dip is the ultimate football party food! Super easy and delicious, this dip is sure to have you feeling like the MVP and your guests cheering for more.
- 32 ounces refried beans
- 2 packages of taco seasoning
- 2 cups of sour cream
- 2 cups of guacamole
- 2 cups of salsa
- 2 cups of lettuce
- 2 cups of Mexican blend cheese
- 8 ounces sliced olives
- 2 cups of tomatoes
Mix the refried beans with the taco seasoning. Then, layer your ingredients into a 7 by 11-inch glass baking dish (or any large glass pan you have in your kitchen!) in the following order: Seasoned refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, lettuce, Mexican cheese. Finally, top your dip with sliced olives and tomatoes. You can also add chopped scallions to the top for extra flavor and color. This recipe yields about 24 servings.
Remember, recipe rules are meant to be broken! Want to add a little more guacamole? Go for it! Not a fan of olives? Leave them out! The beauty of seven layer dip is that you can make it however you please and it will still be delicious.
