The NATIONAL REESE’S DAY GIVEAWAY (“Sweepstakes”) begins on April 20, 2021 at 12:00pm ET and ends on May 31, 2021 at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”). One (1) Sweepstakes winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received through the Entry Form throughout the Promotion Period. The winner will receive one (1) 24-ct box of REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup King Size per month for 12 months (ARV of $500.00 each) as the Sweepstakes prize. The winner will be notified via email provided in the Entry Form within three (3) business days after the random drawing. Potential winner must accept the prize by email as instructed within 24 hours of notification.
*This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut and prizes will only be awarded to residents within said locations. DEMOULAS SUPER MARKETS INC. and THE HERSHEY COMPANY, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, and associates, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Only one (1) Entry per customer will be permitted. Customers may enter for additional chances to win the Sweepstakes by entering on the official Market Basket Facebook Page and Market Basket Instagram Account (during the entry period, which begins on May 10, 2021 at 12:00pm ET and ends on May 23, 2021 at 11:59pm ET). This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Prizes will be mailed by The Hershey Company, and winners’ information will be provided to The Hershey Company to process prizes. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
