Only one (1) entry may be submitted per email address. All entries must be submitted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Contest.

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The “Hood Milk & Sour Cream Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) begins on 10/5/2026 at 12:00 PM ET and ends on 10/18/2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is DEMOULAS SUPER MARKETS INC. (“Sponsor”) in partnership with HP HOOD LLC (“Partner”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant (“Entrant”) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at [email protected] during the Promotion Period.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and Partner, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and associates, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such individual (the “Promotion Entities”), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. PRIZES: There will be a total of seven (7) winners, selected at random from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The prizes are as follows:
● Grand Prize (1) - Four (4) tickets to the New England Patriots game on December 10,
2026 (ARV: $2,100)
● Second Prize (1) - $500 Market Basket Gift Card (ARV: $500)
● Third Prize (5) - $100 Market Basket Gift Card each (ARV: $100 each; $500 total)
Only one (1) prize package per person and per household will be awarded. Total ARV of all prizes: $3,100. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont, and prizes will only be awarded to winners with addresses within said locations. Prizes will be mailed to the residence of each winner. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the winners. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

4. HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Hood Milk & Sour Cream Sweepstakes, visit https://www.shopmarketbasket.com/hood-milk-sour-cream-sweepstakes/ and submit an entry through the "Entry Form", including your email, first and last name, and address, and agree to the "Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions". Only one (1) entry can be submitted per email address. Multiple entries from the same email address will be disqualified. All entries must be submitted before the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Contest.

Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Each entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries will void Entrant's entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification (including age) as set forth below.

5. FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter without using the Market Basket website, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address (if any), and phone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope to: Demoulas Super Markets Inc., Attn: "Hood Milk & Sour Cream" Sweepstakes, 875 East Street, Tewksbury, MA 01876. Mailed entries must be postmarked by 10/18/2026 and received by Sponsor on or before10/25/2026. Limit one (1) entry per stamped envelope. Mail-in entries will receive the same consideration as emailed entries and will have equal odds of winning. Incomplete, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified.

6. ENTRY WARRANTY: By submitting an entry, each Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties (defined below) from any claims arising out of Entrant's participation.

7. WINNER SELECTION: The winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted within five (5) business days after the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion and in order to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same email address; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. The entry (if submitted by email) must come from a person’s individual account and not a meme, community, company, animal/pet or product account. Sponsor reserves at its sole discretion the right to choose an alternative winner in the event that a winner has been disqualified or is deemed ineligible. Sponsor will not accept screenshots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners who entered by using Market Basket’s website will be notified via email message from Sponsor’s email account sent to the Entrant’s profile used for entry, within five (5) business days after the random drawing. Winners who entered by mail will be notified via email message from Sponsor’s email account (if the winner provided an email address) and by telephone. Potential winners must provide their contact information (legal name, residential address, and date of birth) within seventy-two (72) hours of being notified. If a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Entrants need not be present to win. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email or telephone account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or winners’ failure to adequately monitor any email or telephone communication from Sponsor.

9. PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by Entrant will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor, posted at www.shopmarketbasket.com/privacy-policy, and the privacy policy of Partner, posted at https://hood.com/privacy-policy. Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor and Partner solely for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in their respective privacy policies.

10. TAMPERING WITH SWEEPSTAKES: Entrants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and/or civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; RELEASE: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Partner and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not (“Released Parties”). You also agree to release New England Patriots LLC, and NPS LLC from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes. Released Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes; or (g) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.

12. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor and Partner permission to use his or her name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, and entry content for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Entrant further agrees to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such disputes.

14. WINNER LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain a copy of the Winner List or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Demoulas Super Markets Inc., Attn: “Hood Milk & Sour Cream” Sweepstakes, 875 East Street, Tewksbury, MA 01876. Requests for the names of the winners must be received no later than twenty-five (25) business days after the Promotion Period has ended. Upon written request to the above address, Sponsor will provide the name, city or town of residence, date of prize receipt, and value of prize for each winner.
