Enter our giveaway on the official Market Basket Instagram Account or Facebook Page for a chance to win Yeti products and autographed Boston baseball memorabilia, or a Market Basket gift card. Coca-Cola BBQ Sauce

This delicious BBQ sauce is wonderful on everything! So easy to make, it will replace store-bought sauces in your kitchen. Give it a try on pulled pork, ribs, chicken, meatballs and more. The Coca-Cola adds the perfect sweetness and tang. Make it with Coca-Cola Cherry Vanilla for an added layer of flavor.

Just mix together the ingredients, and you’re ready to use it with any recipe:

• 2 cups Coca-Cola or Coca-Cola Cherry Vanilla
• 2 cups Market Basket ketchup
• 1/2 cup Market Basket Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup Market Basket brown sugar
• 1/2 cup Market Basket steak sauce (such as A-1)
• 1 Tbsp Market Basket lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Coca-Cola BBQ Meatball Sliders

Ingredients:

• 4 cups Coca-Cola BBQ sauce
• 2 pounds Market Basket frozen meatballs, large size- (16-20 meatballs)

Cooking Instructions:

1. Simmer meatballs and Coca-Cola BBQ sauce together in slow cooker until cooked through.
2. Serve on Kings Hawaiian roll, topped with Market Basket sliced pickles and extra sauce.

BBQ Fenway Franks with Coca-Cola Braised Onions

This delicious take on street vendor ‘hot dog onions’ is a great way to elevate the simplest hot dog into a crave-able ballpark treat. Simmering the onions in Coca-Cola helps caramelize them and add delicious flavor!

Fenway Franks:

• 12 Fenway Franks and Market Basket Hot Dog Rolls
• Market Basket Mustard
• Market Basket Ketchup
• Market Basket Sweet Relish
• 1 cup Coca-Cola BBQ sauce
• 1 1/2 cups Coca-Cola Braised Onions

Coca-Cola Braised Onions:

• 2 large white onions, cut in half and sliced into half rings
• 1 Tbsp Market Basket vegetable oil
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 cup Coca-Cola
• 1 Tbsp spicy yellow mustard

Cooking Instructions:

1. To make the Coca-Cola braised onions, sweat sliced onion with oil, salt & pepper in small saucepan.
2. Once the onions are soft and translucent, add Coca-Cola and bring to a boil.
3. Cook until liquid has reduced to 1/4 its original volume.
4. Stir in mustard and simmer until ready to serve.
5. If onions start to dry out, add another splash of Coca-Cola.
6. Baste franks with BBQ sauce as they are cooked on grill.
7. Place in hot dog roll and top with a hearty spoonful of Coca-Cola braised Onions.
8. Other condiments are optional.

Coca-Cola Pulled Pork Sandwiches:

• ~5-pound boneless pork butt or shoulder roast
• 1 liter, about 3 ea. 12 oz cans, Coca-Cola
• 1/2 white or yellow onion, finely chopped
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp kosher salt
• 1-2 cups Coca-Cola BBQ sauce

Cooking Instructions:

1. Add first 6 ingredients to slow cooker or covered baking dish.
2. Once foaming from Coca-Cola has subsided, sprinkle with 1 tbsp kosher salt.
3. Cook 6 hours in slow cooker or 3 hours in 350° oven, until meat shreds easily and roast is falling apart.
4. Remove roast from cooking vessel. Set aside 1-2 cups of the braising liquid and dump the rest.
5. Shred meat and add back to pot.
6. Mix in 1-2 cups of Coca-Cola BBQ sauce. Add remaining braising liquid as needed when you reheat in order to keep moist.
7. Serve on Kings Hawaiian rolls with sliced pickle, onion and extra sauce.

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The “BALLPARK BITES” SWEEPSTAKES (“Sweepstakes”) begins on July 11, 2021 at 12:00pm ET and ends on July 25, 2021 at 11:59pm ET (the “Promotion Period”). The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is DEMOULAS SUPER MARKETS INC. (“Sponsor”) in partnership with COCA-COLA BEVERAGES NORTHEAST, Inc. (“Partner”). This promotion is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at [email protected] during the Promotion Period.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at entry (the “Entrant”). 3. There will be a total of 56 winners, split between Facebook (28 winners) and Instagram (28 winners):

• Grand Prize (2 Winners: 1 FB, 1 IG): Each winner will receive one (1) Red Sox Neon Sign, one (1) Yeti Tundra Cooler, and one (1) Autographed Jersey at Sponsor’s sole discretion ($675 total value).
• First Prize (2 Winners: 1 FB, 1 IG): Each winner will receive one (1) Yeti Roadie Cooler and one (1) Autographed baseball at Sponsor’s sole discretion ($300 total value).
• Second Prize (2 Winners: 1 FB, 1 IG): Each winner will receive one (1) Yeti Tumbler and one (1) Red Sox Hat ($55 total value).
• Third Prize (50 Winners: 25 FB, 25 IG): Each winner will receive one (1) $40 Market Basket Gift Card

Only one (1) prize package per person and per household will be awarded. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winners. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont, and Prizes will only be awarded to addresses within said locations. FACEBOOK: To enter the Ballpark Bites sweepstakes, visit the official Market Basket Facebook Page and do the following:

Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

5. WINNER SELECTION: The winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted within three (3) business days after the Promotion Period by Administrator or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received. Market Basket has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the contest, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by contest rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. The entry must come from a person’s individual account and not a meme, community, company, or product account. The company reserves at its sole discretion the right to choose an alternative qualifier in the event that a qualifier has been disqualified or is deemed ineligible. The company will not accept screenshots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified using contact information provided by Entrants, within seven (7) business days after the random drawing. Potential winners must provide their contact information within 24 hours of being notified on Facebook or Instagram. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or winners’ failure to adequately monitor any email or phone calls.

7. PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Administrator and Partner, posted at www.shopmarketbasket.com/privacy-policy and https://www.cokenortheast.com/legal/privacy

8. TAMPERING WITH SWEEPSTAKES: Entrants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and/or civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Market Basket, Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast, The Coca-Cola Company, the MLB Entities, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not (“Released Parties”). Sponsor and MLB assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes; or (g) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
