Spaghetti Squash with Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized spaghetti squash
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Use a paring knife to prick the squash all over.
  3. Place the squash in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour or until soft.
  4. Cut the squash in half, and scoop out the seeds.
  5. Using a fork, scrape the flesh in strings into a serving bowl.
  6. Add Parmesan, butter and then season to taste with salt and pepper.
